 Are

ask "why we aren't planning to just SELL Free Electricity machines" ?
Trying to get past the stone-walling
government and their red-tape paperwork blizzard, state by state is not
conducive to success. Any attempt would bring the Consumer Protection Agency, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and
other government agencies out to immediately to stop us. They would lie to the public (what else is new) and
proffer their highly respected scientists conclusive reports telling you that what we are
offering is "IMPOSSIBLE"! With their army of minions
claiming the right in the
name of justice and good they would "protect" you by confiscating the
Free Energy, solution-to-pollution before you ever saw it work for you.
The scientist would go live on the Rivera -
while Dennis Lee would go to jail on unjust charges of fraud.
No -
this can only be accomplished with a massive witnessing program, and you
can help make it happen simply by your willingness to see the technology
demonstrated and proven in advance of release.

Why is UCSA waiting for 1.6 million people
to be signed up before releasing
the technology?
Dennis Lee (CEO of UCSA) has written a book titled "The
Alternative". in which he describes the resistance he has encountered bringing "free
electricity" to you. He began this quest starting in the late
1980s. Back then, Dennis had a "free electricity" technology ready
to go. He demonstrated a "low temperature phase change free electricity
generator" for 600 people in a room. Subsequently local
law enforcement officials raided his headquarters and took all the
technologies and all the records (technologies and financial).
Then a long legal
battle began with constant harassment from "the powers that be".
Dennis realized that he had made a tragic mistake by announcing that the
technology without public support necessary to overcome resistance from those who profit from the current methods of generating electricity.
We do
not plan to make this same mistake again. Dennis isn't going to release the technology
until we have a base of support in place. We want 1.6 million people signed
up to witness the technology when it's announced and demonstrated.
Why shouldn't I just
wait to sign up until the units are released?
There are three compelling reasons to sign up before the
technology comes out.
1)
In order for the technology to appear - we need your attendance at a demonstration.
2) Since machines will be installed in first come first served order, the sooner you sign up, the earlier you will
get free electricity.
3) The registration for free electricity is presently free - included
with some purchase to cover administrative costs. Since the cost to get
a registration after the demonstration event is expected to be $2000,
signing up now could not only save you the $2000, but since
registrations will be available to those who go to the demo you'll have
to be fortunate enough to get one from them after the show even to get
signed up after the event.
If I register for Free Electricity and eventually a machine
is put on my property will I ever have to pay for it?
NO! Under the current plan, you'll never pay one
dime for the electricity we make for you, or for a machine. The
power is FREE to you, since we'll be making money selling the excess
power from our machine. Since the machine isn't yours, you don't have to pay for
it or maintain it. That's our job.
I live in an apartment.
Can I get free electricity too?
Yes - we plan to pay your electric bill and put the machine
elsewhere. That still works for us - because what's important to us
is the political clout of numbers and it's important only that you show up at the demonstration.
How much does the installation
cost me?
Nothing! ITEC (the International Tesla Electric Company) will
own the unit. You don't have to pay one penny for the installation or
maintenance.
It
sounds too good to be true.
So was "heavier than air flight" and "communication over
wires". Every revolution in technology was considered "too good
to be true", before it became a fact.

How
is the delivery schedule determined?
By registration date. The earlier your registration
is recorded, the sooner we may be able to install a free electricity
generator system at your home.
Can
I still get power from the grid if the generator fails?
The equipment will be reliable, but as with any mechanical
electrical electronic
device, malfunctions are possible. If the plan is unchanged, you'll stay
connected with the power
company. Electricity can flow either way. Under our plan, if our generator goes down,
the system will either be automatically or manually switched to the grid, and ITEC will
pay for the electricity
you use until our unit is back on line. If we're successful, your power
will be free indefinitely to you either from our generator or from the power company.
How long will ITEC
give me free electricity if I register?
The company will supply your electricity for free for as long as
the electricity we produce can be sold.
If I move, can the generator
go where I'm going?
Yes, however certain requirements will be made of you by
UCSA, such that proper care is taken to move the generator safely.
I
own an apartment building with "x" number of units. Can I
register my apartments for free electricity? Can I still register my
personal residence?
Yes - UCSA will accept
registrations from each of the apartment dwellers, so you must get them to
register individually, and there must be separate meters for each apartment.
Yes, you may still register your own home.
Does the unit
need to be inside or can it be outside?
It will go either inside or outside. We can put it in the garage, the basement or next to your service
entrance outside.
Due to my
isolated location, I am not
connected to the grid. Can I register for free electricity too?
You can register, however our initial plan is to supply people who are on
the electric grid so that we can feed our excess power back over the grid,
or we may pay your present electric bill at our option. If you have
no grid attachment at the present time, perhaps you will have one by the time
we are ready to supply electricity to you.
Is the unit quiet and how large will it be?
There are several devices for making free electricity being researched, but the
system we may install could be even smaller than the 6' square unit pictured and
that unit is as loud as your outside air-conditioner
unit.

Q. Is the allotment you're
offering of 26,000 kilowatt hours per year, enough to run
everything in my home?
A. Yes it should. On average, an all electric home in America uses 2 kW per hour.
Since 26,000
kWh per year is about 3 kW per hour, we're offering you 50% more than the
national average usage. The peak demand for most homes usually does not
exceed 10-15 kW per hour, and we expect the generator should produce 30 kWh,
so peak
demand shouldn't be a problem. In fact, the transformer that supplies
electricity to your home is probably rated at 30 kva (kilovolt amps) which
is the same amount the generator is expected to produce, and since the
average usage for an all electric home is only 2 kWh our future 30 kWh
generator should produce enough energy to supply your average demand
plus 14 of your neighbors.
Q. What happens if we use
more than 26,000 kWh per year?
A. Chances are slim of this happening, but you might have to pay for the excess power that you use,
but the rate
for this overage would be the same as we charge the electric company. So you would be buying
the excess at wholesale rates. That's certain to be much cheaper than you
are currently paying.
Q. Where will the
generator be installed?
A. Most likely on a pad outside
your house similar to the pad that an external air conditioner would sit
on. You may not be able to get one if your power company won't buy the
electricity, but in that case we'll install yours somewhere else &
simply pay your
electric bill up to the total allotment, if you simply come when invited to
our mass demonstration event.
Q. Aren't there laws that prevent you from
selling power back to the electric
company?
A. No, in fact there is a federal law that was enacted in
1996 that says anyone can be an independent power producer. Anyone can put a
generator (diesel, gas, wind, solar) on their house and the electric company
must buy back the excess power they produce. It's just that most people
don't do this because the costs of these systems have been kept prohibitive.
Q. If my state has a law against selling
power back over the grid from a home generator, how
will I get my electricity for free?
A. You will still receive "free electricity" if cases like
this exist when we release the technology. We will take the unit that would
have gone on your house and group it with other units from people who are in
the same situation. We will then put these units on commercial businesses to
supply their electricity needs. If they won't allow us to connect to the
grid in these states, then these commercial customers would get all their
electricity from us. Then we will take some of the revenue that we make from
this commercial electricity sales and pay your electricity bill (up to
26,000 kWh per year).
Q. Can I sign up to put units
on my business?
A. No. We are only allowing these units to be put on
homes. We may have a program in the future for commercial users.
Q. What happens if I
move before the generator is installed?
A. UCSA needs to know
about any change of address that has occurred since you signed up for “free
electricity”. If they don’t know about the change, they will not be able to
locate you to install your “free electricity” generator. To notify us of the
change, you'll need to send a $1 plus contact info include: name, installation address,
mailing address (if different), home phone number, work phone number. We
will change our records and forward the information to UCSA will send you a
new Letter of Confirmation for the new address.

Please send me the same information, so I can update my database with
your info. It's the UCSA Database that most requires updating most
because it's probably they who will send you the notice of where and when to
be at the football stadium to be qualified for receiving free electricity
for the rest of your life, and $1 takes care of that.
Q. If I die can my
family still receive "free electricity"?
A. Yes, It would be
wise to send a letter to us
containing the heir’s name, address, etc and the new name along with
possibly a copy of the birth certificate. There's no charge for making this change.
Q. What will happen on the
day the technology is released?
A. We currently plan on installing 100 home units all
America on the same day. All 1.6 million people who have been registered
will be invited to see one of these units working. At that point, all of
them will KNOW that the technology works. Each of them will also be
invited to sign up 9 of their friends and/or family members at a cost of
perhaps $1000 or more. This will get an additional 14.4 million people
registered. We expect that these additional people will be registered very
quickly. This would mean that a total of 16 million people will be
registered. Once 16 million have been registered, no additional people
registrations will be accepted.
Q. Isn't "free electricity"
technology impossible?
A. Well, people have been saying that all kinds of things were
impossible that we now know are quite possible. Think about the things that
we take for granted that 100 to 200 years ago would have seemed impossible.
This list would certainly include television, radio, VCRs, automobiles,
airplanes, space travel, lasers, atomic energy, atomic bombs, internal
combustion engines. This list could go on for pages. Even the Wright
brothers flew their airplane for five years before the media would pay any

was considered impossible.
Q. Can I buy stock
in UCSA?
A. No, UCSA is a privately held company and no stock is
available for sale, however you can usually buy a
dealership.
Q. I've been a firm believer
for some time now that the powers that be - do have a death grip on new,
potentially world-improving technologies.
The question that
always arises whenever I speak of this with people is, "but what about
the millions of people who are employed within these industries who
would be without a job if these new technologies were allowed to be
developed?"
